i found the proximity to kitahama and yodoyabashi stations very convenient. three convenience stores are within walking distance. the free brewed coffee in the lobby was good. i also appreciated the coin laundry machines.

the breakfast room had a strong smell of oil i found unpleasant.

The room was spacious and very clean when I checked in. All amenities for personal cleaning to beauty care were of superb quality. I found lots of restaurants nearby, made dining very easy (there was even a Matsuya nearby!). Seven Eleven and Family Mart were just around the corner, so I could easily grab snacks.

They provide water and amenities in the Front Desk area instead of at the room.
